Bilimankhwe Arts is supporting the Zakazaka Primary School Project.

Zakazaka is in a very poor rural district of central Malawi. The primary school is overcrowded, with many lessons taking place outdoors. The classrooms have mud floors and there are almost no books and equipment.

The hard-working, talented and dedicated teachers are working against the odds, trying to give a solid educational foundation to the local children, children who have almost nothing and without an education have no prospects of improving their lives...

The Zakazaka Primary School Project has been set up to help the school. We are hoping to raise enough money to lay concrete floors throughout, build a new toilet block and provide pencils and exercise books for each child in the school.
